Deputies responded to the area of Sully Road and Waxpool Road for a report of a traffic altercation. The complainant reported that a male was driving aggressively and displayed a firearm out the window multiple times. The complainant was able to provide the license plate for the vehicle and deputies obtained warrants on the driver. On September 27, 2023, Elijah J. Duncan, 22, of Ashburn, was arrested and charged with Brandishing a Firearm and Disorderly Conduct. Duncan was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on his own recognizance.
