The complainant reported that he left his vehicle running and unlocked while he ran into the store, when he returned his car was gone. While the deputy was on-scene, a male drove up in the vehicle and returned it. The complaint confirmed that he did not give the subject permission to use his vehicle. Zachary E. Tyson, 20 of Sterling was charged with unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Larceny. Tyson was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $3,000 unsecured bond.
