When the clerk politely asked him to pay, he berated her, telling her he had not left yet so he was not stealing, called her several vulgar names, and threw a bag of chips at her. Police were called and responded. The victim desired that the subject be served with a trespassing notice, which was facilitated by the police. He was escorted from the store and served with the notice.
