A deputy conducting a traffic stop for an equipment violation discovered that the driver had two outstanding felony warrants. The male was also found to be driving without a license and was in possession of felony warrants. Taylor Nate Flowers, 18, of Ashburn, was arrested and charged with numerous traffic offenses as well as Possession of Marijuana, False ID to Law Enforcement, obstructing justice, and being intoxicated in public. Flowers was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
