The complainant reported that while attempting to make a right turn, the driver behind him honked at him. The driver then pulled up alongside him and cut him off. The complainant followed the vehicle and the driver slowed and pulled up alongside the complainant. The complainant reported that the driver brandished a firearm and drove away.
