The subject contacted the police to report an unknown male ringing her doorbell. She viewed the subject through her doorbell camera but did not recognize him. She advised the subject had done the same earlier in the evening, however, she did not notice it until she reviewed the doorbell camera footage. Officers checked the area and located a subject who matched the description provided by the caller. He advised officers that he was out for a walk and did ring the doorbell at the residence, believing his friend lived there. The subject was advised to be more careful in the future.
