A caller reported that he observed and confronted an unknown woman, going through his neighbor’s mailbox. The woman, who was with a small child, became aggressive and profane and told the caller to mind his own business. She then left on foot towards A Street. Police checked the area, but were unable to locate the woman. A note was left for the resident, who was not home during this incident.
