A mother reported that while her son was walking the dog, a woman approached him and touched him on the shoulder and told him to come with her. The juvenile ran away. The female is described as in her 20’s, 5’5 tall with blond hair, blue eyes, wearing jeans and a pink tank top. The juvenile also reported her to be in a smaller blue vehicle.
