The complainant reported receiving three packages from two subscription services neither of which she was a subscriber. In speaking to customer service, she learned that the services were linked to her old unused Hotmail account and that a valid credit card, in the name of someone she did not know was used for payment. She canceled the subscriptions and the vendor will contact the cardholder. The complainant changed the password to the Hotmail account.
