Since October, detectives have been investigating two burglaries at N. Locust St. Round Hill VA involving a person known to the victim. The victim reported that both her house and business were entered without her permission and multiple items were taken. On November 3, the suspect, Anthony F. Theodore, 42 of no fixed address was charged with the following: Two counts of Burglary, Larceny, Four counts of Fraud, Petit Larceny, Weapons Alteration, Narcotics Possession, and Firearm Possession by a Convicted Felon.
Theodore was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
