Deputies responded to the area for a report of a stolen vehicle that the owner was able to track by using an app. Deputies located the vehicle traveling westbound on Harry Byrd Highway and initiated a traffic stop. After a short pursuit, the driver of the vehicle pulled over and was placed under arrest. Thomas C. McFerrin IV, 45 of Manassas was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny, Driving on a Suspended License, and Failure to Stop for Police. McFerrin was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
