Sheriff’s Office Seeks Suspect in Sexually Explicit Behavior at Library

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is working to identify a subject involved in sexually explicit behavior at a Loudoun County Library. The subject was observed simulating a sexual act on August 16 before leaving the Brambleton Library. In another incident, a person believed to be the same subject exhibited inappropriate behavior while seated next to a female at the Ashburn Library on August 23.

DESCRIPTION: The subject is described as a Black male with long dreadlock-style hair. He was seen driving a black sedan, possibly a Chrysler 200, with temporary tags.

If you can identify the subject or have had contact with him and have not called authorities, you are asked to contact Detective J. Whitehead of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit at 703-777-1021.
