Sheriff’s Office Seeks Stabbing Suspect

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) has requested the public’s assistance in locating a Sterling woman who is wanted for questioning in connection with a stabbing that occurred on April 1, 2023. The LCSO is currently investigating the incident and is asking anyone with information about the case to come forward.

According to the LCSO, deputies responded to a report of a stabbing at around 8:48 pm on April 1 in the 21000 block of Stanford Square in Sterling. Upon arrival, they discovered a victim inside the residence who had suffered multiple stab wounds. The suspect, Myeesha S. Hamilton, 29, of Sterling, had left the scene before the deputies arrived. The victim and the suspect were known to each other.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for medical attention and has since been released. The LCSO has described the suspect as being wanted for Aggravated Malicious Wounding.
