A 54-year-old massage therapist was arrested and charged on September 6, 2023, for a sex offense he committed while performing a massage on a female victim at the Relax Spa in Ashburn on July 31, 2023. Following an investigation by detectives with the LCSO Special Victims Unit, Xudong “Gilbert” Hu, 54, of Reston, was charged with one count of Obscene Sexual Display. Xudong “Gilbert” Hu is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
