The complainant reported that a person known to her demanded money and when she refused, she was physically assaulted. The next day, as the victim was leaving work, the subject approached her again demanding money, when she refused, he reached into the vehicle and took the money. Bryan F. Santamaria Garcia, 19 of Sterling was arrested and charged with Robbery and Assault. Santamaria Garcia was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
