The complainant reported that while he was outside, a white-colored SUV pulled up, and a female passenger inside motioned for him to come over to the vehicle. He reported that when he walked over to the vehicle, the female opened the window and tried to grab his necklace. Another female in the vehicle grabbed a ring he was wearing, and they drove away. This case remains under investigation.
