The complainant reported that while at a stop light, she was assaulted by a male subject who attempted to move into the lane in front of her. The male subject exited his vehicle, walked towards her vehicle, yelled at her, grabbed her wrist, and took her car keys. The subject fled the scene after being pepper sprayed by the victim. The subject was described as a Middle Eastern male, heavy set, clean-shaven and wearing a burgundy shirt and blue jeans. This case is under investigation.
