Deputies responded to a report of a white van blocking an entrance to a property. When deputies arrived on scene, they discovered that the vehicle was stolen out of Fairfax. The complainant reported that the person in the van stated that he had run out of gas and walked away. Deputies were able to locate the male a short distance away. Edrece Robinson, age 26 of no fixed address was arrested and charged with Grand Larceny – Auto. Robinson was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held until his arraignment on September 25.
