Hector E. Perdomo Alberto, 21, of Sterling, has been arrested and charged with Aggravated Malicious Wounding in reference to the below incident. Perdomo Alberto was extradited from Cleveland, Tennessee, on August 25, 2023, and is being held on no bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
Original (July 30, 2020): Deputies responded to a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, deputies located a victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim and witnesses reported that while they were driving in the area, they noticed a male riding a bicycle, whom acquaintances had had an interaction with earlier. The driver and one of the passengers exited the vehicle to confront the male on the bike. The male on the bike then stabbed and assaulted one of the males who had exited the vehicle. The victim was taken to a local area hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 20 years old, no facial hair, wearing a black t-shirt, black short/pants, black bucket style hat, and riding a black BMX-style bicycle. This case remains under investigation.
