LCSO Deputies responded to an apartment complex for a third-party report of a possible domestic assault in progress. The victim was located and reported she was assaulted by a subject known to her. The subject involved was located and identified as, Antoine D. Harden, 48, of Sterling. He was charged and arrested for Assault and Battery. After further investigation by a detective with the LCSO Domestic Violence Unit, Harden was charged additionally and arrested on August 3 on one count of Malicious Wounding and one count of Domestic Assault and Battery on a previously unreported assault on July 29 and charged with one count of Malicious Wounding and one count of Abduction in the July 31 assault. Harden was also charged on August 4 for a Protective Order Violation committed at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on July 31. He remains held on no bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
