The complainant reported that she was parking in the lot while conducting business at the shopping center. At one point she returned to what she thought was her vehicle and placed her daughter’s purse in the back seat. As she was about to start the car to leave, she noticed items in the vehicle that did not belong and realized that she was in the wrong vehicle. She exited and went to her car, which was the exact make, model, and color. In her haste, she left her daughter’s purse in the car. Upon realizing her mistake, she returned to the lot only to discover that the other car had left. On 11-30-22, a teacher at Woodgrove HS reported to the SRO that she found a purse in the back of her
car. The SRO contacted the PPD, who reunited the purse with its grateful owner.
