Deputies responded to The Zone for a report of a male who stole a purse. Witnesses advised that a male took a purse and ran out of the restaurant. A bystander intervened, chased the subject, and recovered the purse. Deputies were able to locate the subject a short time later. Derling Gustavo Hernandez, 25 of Ashburn was charged with Grand Larceny and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
