The complainant reported he met a person through a marketplace app to purchase a phone and when he gave the person the money, the person ran away. The complainant followed the male and reported that the subject pulled a gun on him. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 5’8’, wearing a black shirt, black pants, and a back facemask with yellow polka dots. This case remains under investigation.
