Deputies responded to the construction site for a larceny-in-progress call. The caller reported that the video showed two males who worked at the site, removing the copper wire, and placing it in their vehicles. Ransford C. Robinson, 58 of Bowie, MD was charged with Larceny. Robinson was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on an unsecured $2,500 bond. Isaac Yavan Lee Corpas, 32 of Temple Hills was charged with Larceny. Corpas was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on an unsecured $2,500 bond.
