While on patrol, officers observed an occupied running vehicle in the rear lot. Upon approach to the car, they noted two teens in a compromising position. Shortly thereafter, two additional teens arrived on foot. Officers learned that all four teens left home without permission. Sleepy parents were contacted and arrived to pick up their children. Juvenile authorities were notified.
