The victim reported she was running on the Washington and Old Dominion trail when she heard a male call out to her. She then observed the subject exposing himself. The victim continued down the trail. The subject followed and approached her before turning around and walking in the opposite direction on the trail. The subject was described as being a Hispanic or Black male, with black hair, and was wearing a white shirt, black shorts, and flip flops. The case is pending.
