The victim reported she was shopping with her children when she observed an unknown male who was making obscene gestures and possibly performing a sexual act under his clothing in the Walmart. The subject was described as a young white male, between 5’6” to 5’9” tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a baseball hat, a red shirt, and a medical mask.
