The complainant reported he was riding a bicycle on Ashburn Village Blvd. when he was struck by a vehicle, which then drove off. The complainant was treated for injuries at an area hospital. The striking vehicle is believed to be a gray 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra. The case is under investigation.
