The complainant reported that while walking, a vehicle occupied by a male and a female pulled over and stopped beside her. A female inside the vehicle offered the complainant a ring and a necklace, and when she said no, the female exited the vehicle and put a necklace around her neck anyway. The complainant realized that while the female put the necklace on her, she had also taken off a necklace she was wearing and threw it to the male inside the vehicle. The complainant started screaming and the male threw the jewelry on the ground and the subjects fled in a vehicle. The female is described as being approximately 30 years old, Asian, wearing a pink head scarf and a light blue dress. The male is described as being approximately 30 years old, Asian, and wearing a checkered polo.
