The LCSO has arrested a Prince Georges County man in connection with a vehicle theft from Lindsay Volkswagen. On July 16, 2021, a male purchased a vehicle using a stolen identification. Detectives were able to identify the male and on May 8. 2023, the subject was extradited back to Loudoun County from Burlington County, NJ. Alvin C. Serry, 27 of Upper Marlboro, MD, was charged with five felonies: 2 counts of Fraud, one count of Identity Theft, one count of Grand Larceny, and one count of Forgery. Serry was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on a $2,500 bond.
