At 4:32 a.m. an elderly man was found sitting on a nearby neighbor’s front porch. He was not dressed for the weather and was unable to provide his address. The calling party knew where he lived and took him home. Police spoke with the man’s wife and provided her with information about Project Lifesaver, a program managed by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office to help locate people who pose an elopement risk.
