Deputies responded to the area for a report of a subject wanted out of Loudoun County. The subject, Tomas D. Perez, 23 of Manassas was located in a retail store, and when deputies placed Perez under arrest, he began to resist. Perez was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. Along with the Loudoun County warrant, Perez had eight additional warrants (6 of them being felony warrants) from Fairfax County and Prince William County. Perez is being held without bond.
