Deputies responded to the Ted Pharmacy located at 24585 Stone Carver Dr., Chantilly, for a report of a fraudulent prescription. Upon arrival, the suspect fled into a waiting vehicle, which took off at a high rate of speed. The vehicle continued for approximately a mile and then came to a stop. The driver, Byron M. Bailey Jr., 21 of Capitol Heights was charged with Fleeing and Eluding. The passenger, Rakiy D. Gardner, 19 of Wheaton was charged with Obtain Narcotics by Forgery, Narcotics Possession, and Possession with Intent to Distribute. Both Bailey and Gardner were transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where they are being held without bond.
