A deputy on patrol noticed a vehicle having difficulty maintaining its lane of travel. The deputy activated his emergency equipment and pulled the vehicle over. The driver exited the vehicle and fled. Warrants were obtained on the subject. On August 15, Dylan M. Jacobs Dupuis, 22, of Ashburn, turned himself in at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. Jacobs Dupuis was charged with Failure to Stop for Police, Driving on a Suspended License, and Failure to Maintain Highway Lane. Jacobs Dupuis was released on a $1,500 bond. S
