The complainant reported that he sold and shipped an item on eBay. The buyer of the item asked to return the item and a shipping label was provided. The purchaser refunded the money upon notification that the item had been shipped back. The complainant never received the item, and after investigation, discovered that the purchaser altered the shipping label and sent the item to another state.
