Deputies responded to the location for a report of a crash involving two vehicles, and the striking vehicle had left the scene. Deputies located the striking vehicle, and the driver was found to be under the influence. Ebert A. Arias, 40 of Aldie was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Hit and Run. Arias was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
