Deputies responded to the area for a report of a red pickup truck that struck two vehicles and left the scene. While deputies were investigating, a bystander called the LCSO saying that the pickup truck was parked at a gas station off Charles Town Pike and Clarks Gap Road and that the driver left on foot. Deputies located the driver, Jackson T. Rogers, 27 of Chantilly, nearby. Rogers was arrested and charged with two counts of Hit & Run and one count of Driving While Intoxicated. Rogers was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
