Deputies responded to the location for a report of a crash involving two vehicles, and that the striking vehicle left the scene. Deputies located the striking vehicle nearby and found the driver to be under the influence. Joseph W. Vogric, 67, of Ashburn, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Hit & Run. Vogric was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held pending a bond review.
