Deputies responded to the location for a report of a vehicle that struck two vehicles and left the scene. Deputies located the driver at a nearby convenience store. Kathryn E. Harrington, 60, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Hit and run. Harrington was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was released on a $2,500 bond.
