Deputies responded to the location for a report of a Hit & Run. The complainant reported that a driver stuck an unoccupied parked vehicle and fled the scene on foot. Upon investigation, the driver was located nearby and found under the influence. Yevhennii Larin, 39, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Hit & Run. Larin was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center, where he was released on bond.
