Deputies responded to the area for a reported hit and run vehicle crash. The victim reported she was driving northbound on Route 28 and when she exited onto Route 7 and vehicle sideswiped the passenger side of her vehicle. The at-fault driver continued to drive westbound on Route 7. The suspect driver was located and identified as Jessica G. Sandoval, 23, of Ashburn. She was charged with DWI and Hit and Run. Sandoval was released on a personal recognizance bond.
