Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle that had driven into a pond. Loudoun County Combined Fire & Rescue was able to extradite the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, who was uninjured. The driver of the vehicle, Lisa A. Lough, 55 of Fairfax was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
