Deputies responded to the location for a report of a crash. Upon investigation, the driver was found under the influence. Deven D. Limon, 32 of Brunswick, MD was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (2nd offense) and Refusal of Tests Penalties and Procedures. Limon was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is currently being held pending a bond review.
