Deputies responded to the location for a single-vehicle crash and found the driver to be under the influence. Jordan Grant Winstead, 36, of Purcellville was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Winstead was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on a $2500 bond. SO230018288
