Deputies responded to a report of a hit-and-run crash. Witnesses reported that a vehicle struck a fence and left. Deputies located the vehicle and found the driver to be under the influence. Rumana Chowdhury, 44, of Leesburg, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Chowdhury was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was released on a $2,500 bond.
