Deputies responded to the location for a report of a crash. The vehicle crashed into a residence. Upon investigation, the driver was found under the influence. David Rauda-Garcia, 23 of Sterling, VA was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Rauda-Garcia was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is currently being held with no bond.
