Deputies responded to the location for a report of an assault. The complainant reported that she was assaulted by a person known to her and that the subject left the area in a vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and found the driver to be under the influence. Miguel A. Villatoro, 47 of Leesburg was charged with Assault and Driving While Intoxicated (2nd offense). Villatoro was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he is being held on no bond.
