Officers on patrol observed a traffic violation and stopped a car, occupied by two juveniles. The driver exhibited signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety testing. Ultimately, she was arrested and tested and found to be over the legal limit. The passenger was also tested and found to be intoxicated. Drugs were also found on their person(s). Both were ultimately released to parents while juvenile authorities evaluate the case.
