Deputies responded to the location for a report of a vehicle crash. The driver of the vehicle was found to be under the influence. Nasra Hussein, 34 of Herndon was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where she was released on a $1,500 bond.
