Deputies responded to the location for a report of a crash involving two vehicles. The driver of the striking vehicle was found to be under the influence. David A. Alvarenga Caballero, 20 of Sterling was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving Without a License. Alvarenga Caballero was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center where he was released on his own recognizance.
